In the 80's I wanted to become the new Cartier Bresson.

Or Gary Winogrand.

I didn't.

So I skipped those artistic ideals and went professional. Press, sports and later commercial. And the passion for capturing those fleeing moments of daily life slowly disappeared.

Time passed and I picked up street photography again. Exciting and fun. A little bit of déjà vu.

One grey and rainy day in march 2013 I stumbled upon an box of old prints. My streetphotographs from the 80's. And it wasn't déjà vu anymore. Just a connection in time.
